I’ve read emails regarding this therapy and have heard a lot of testimonies of people who have done this. Well, even if the source of this so-called therapy is not really recognized or certified but who can go against the benefits of drinking water?

I’m trying to do this daily ritual but the problem is that I wake up quite late and by the time I wake up I’m already famished and can’t wait for another hour before taking breakfast. But I know I have to be consistent in doing this to see the result.

Anyways,if you’re curious about Water Therapy let me rewrite what I’ve found in the net.

How to do water therapy?

Drink 1.5 liters of water ( about 5-6 glasses) immediately after waking up.

Wait for 45 minutes to an hour before eating your breakfast.

For old and serious diseases as well as modern illnesses, the water therapy treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a hundred percent cure for the following diseases

Headache

Body Ache

Heart System

Arthritis

Fast Heart Beat

Epilepsy

Excess

Fatness

Bronchitis

Asthma

TB

Meningtitis

Kidney and Urine diseases

Vomiting gastritis

Diarrhea

Piles

Diabetes

Constipation

All Eye Diseases

Menstrual Disorders

Ear Nose

Throat Diseases

May all these claims be true or not, I think there’s no harm in trying out this therapy.
