This is the movie that inspired me to buy a juicer and do a juice fast ( a few months ago). Though I haven’t done a full juice fast yet, but by incorporating Juice meals in my daily diet, I’m sure doing something more healthy now than before. But to lose weight, I have to do more than incorporating a juice meal in my daily diet. I think I will have to watch this video again, so I’ll be more motivated to start all over again.

I’m a baker wannabe. I love to bake for the reason that I love eating cakes! I know that’s a very dangerous reason, because if I let my ‘love’ for baking be unleashed, then you’ll surely know the results – a fatter me! It’s a blessing though that I still have a lot of limitations on my baking ability and equipment. You see, I only have a very small oven and a lot of baking accessories and gadgets like free stand mixer, sieves and etc are still missing in my kitchen. If not, then I would already be baking my heart out and of course eating all my cakes like there is no tomorrow.

I finally paid a visit to the dermatologist when I was in the Philippines. I always thought that going to the dermatologist is expensive. I had a friend who paid like a thousand baht per visit to the dermatologist. But when I talked to my cousin whose skin cleared off after visiting the doctor, I was convinced to go to her clinic too. She assured me that the consultation fee was not expensive and I didn’t have to go on a regular basis since she will just prescribe some medicine and topical solutions.

And true enough, I only paid 400 pesos for consulation fee and the medicine and creams she prescribed can actually be bought anywhere – even here in Thailand.

It has been almost 3 weeks now since I took the medicine and cream and I can see a lot of improvement on my face. I really had major break outs and acne before this. So, I’m just so thankful!

Here’s what she prescribed:

Doxcycyline 2 times a day for 1 month

Stefiel facial wash

Ben Zac cream on pimple area in the morning

Adapalene cream at night

And guess what, when I checked at Boots here in Thailand, the antibiotic and creams are so much cheaper here compared with the price in the Philippines.
