We went to the Hospital today to visit our friend who just delivered her baby. It was the same hospital where I delivered my li’l boy who’s now two years old. When we went to the maternity section, we saw many familiar faces; the nurses who attended me, the nurses who took care of our baby and etc. It was also surprising that they still recognized us after two years. They were even so amazed to our ‘baby’ who grew up so big and chubby.
The nurses at that hospital are really very friendly and kind. They are also trained very well though I’m not sure if all of them has undergone medical coding training courses . But nevertheless, they are good and I could recommend our friends to go to that hospital.

Every time I read all the success stories of people who’ve undergone extreme weight loss, I can’t help but be encouraged. I’ve seen a lot of ‘before and after’ photos of all these dieters and their transformation is just amazing! I’m actually encouraged to create a “before” photo of myself before I start my new diet at the end of this month. I’ll then take a picture of myself on a monthly basis to see my improvement. As of now, I’ll have to make sure all these photos that I will take from my digital cameras will be for my personal use only. I’ll have to publish them maybe later when I already attained my goal.

I’ve been reading an e-book about dieting and some articles on the different diets. I’ve actually made up my mind to follow a certain diet for life but that I have to reveal later. Anyways, here a list of ‘don’ts’ in diet.
Don’t starve yourself.
Don’t eat too much of processed food. There are too much of sugar and hidden carbohydrates in it.
Don’t overdo your exercise. It’s better to start slow yet steady rather than fast and fail.
Don’t drink alcohol or smoke e-cigarettes. This affects your overall health.
Don’t let yourself go without food for more than 6 hours.
Don’t miss your breakfast.
Don’t go on a day without drinking 8 glasses of water.
That’s all for now and I hope this helps.
