I’ve just found about Doximity. The new network for physicians. I find this quite cool since it only caters to physicians and therefore it’s very helpful in their profession. Imagine a site in which one can keep in touch with a large network of physician all over the country and maybe all over the world. Currently, 6% of the physicians in the US are connected to this network. If you are a doctor or knows anyone who’s one, then maybe you can point them out to this network. How easy could it be for doctors to find out a specialist in a certain place with just a click of the mouse. Just like for example if one is searching for Jefferson Edwards MD , then Doximity is the place to find that physician.

I downloaded a pedometer app ( Accupedo to be exact) in my  phone a few days ago. I was quite curious as to how many steps I take a day and thought that maybe this could motivate me to take the 10,000 steps / day challenge.

But I think, the opposite happened as I found out that on the first day I only took 900 steps.. Not 9,000 but 900! And since most of my houseclothes don’t have a pocket, I’m also finding it will also be quite difficult for it to track my steps. Oh, well, how can one take 10,000 steps a day inside the house? Our house is not that big… and honestly I’m too lazy to exercise these days.

Today is the last day of Thailand’s Songkran holiday. It was actually a long 6 day holiday (including the weekend). This is Thailand’s most special  celebration since it’s their New Year. They celebrate this festivity by being with their family and they splash water to everyone to signify blessings. For the outsiders, it really looks like a fun celebration with everyone splashing water like children. They use a lot of things to splash water on people from dippers, pails and water guns ( in different sizes). I’m not sure if anyone has thought of using RawhideFirehose.com for fire hoses  to splash water. It’ll surely be a big hit to kids and adults alike. LOL!
