I have yet to learn a lot on time management. I admit, I haven’t managing my time well for the past weeks. I will have to work on this so that I can balance my time and have ample of time for exercise, reading and learning new things. I like to learn a new craft this year, like making pandora beads or maybe something less time consuming. Balancing my time would also mean, I must spend less time in sitting in front of the computer. So, let me get off from the computer now and put my kids to sleep..:)

HIIT
I tried doing HIIT ( High Intensity Interval Training) the other week. It was only for 15 minutes ( from TUrbo Fire) and boy was I out of breath and thought that I would faint! LOL! As studies show, HIIT is effective in burning more calories as it gives your body a shock! Shock it is! hahaha! I chose the 15 minutes HIIT because I thought I could exercise for awhile. But my body wasn’t prepared for it. The 1 minute intense work out each time seemed so long that I even refused looking at timer in the computer that’s like a citizen watch .
And now, I haven’t gone back to my Turbo Fire workout yet. I still got the shock from the intensity of my last work out that I’m giving myself a break and trying to condition myself for it.
Not Back on the Juice,Yet
I’m not back on my juice fast yet. I attempted to start the other week, but guess what happened, I felt sick in the stomach and was vomiting a lot! At first, I thought that my body already came to a point in refusing to take the juice and that marked the end of my juice fast. But then, as I searched for some side effects of the medicine (doxcyciline – antibiotic of acne) I’m taking, I found out that this medicine MUST be taken after a meal. If not, then… result- vomiting and being sick in the stomach. So, the mystery was solved.
And this means, that I have to put off the juice fast while I’m still on medication. But for the meantime, I’m trying to do portion control and hopefully get back to exercise soon.
