Guess what, I’ve already learned how to make a probiotic drink particularly Water Kefir. It’s just so easy to make as long as you have the ‘water kefir grains’. If you haven’t known yet, drinking Water Kefir has so many benefits from boosting immunity to supporting detoxification. One good thing I like about drinking this is because it tastes really good, it’s like soda water but with a ‘sourish’ smell. But I think I’ve gotten use to the smell and I don’t mind it anymore.
