As part of my ‘effort’ in making myself fit, I’ve decided to eat oats for lunch. Yes, lunch .. not breakfast nor dinner. There’s actually another reason for this and which is actually a ‘heavier’ reason for me compared with the ‘fitness’ thing. You see, I’ve started working full time and my work is from 8:30 am-5:30 pm. So, that means I need to take my lunch at the nearby shops near the office. And since we are located at the ‘office district’, the shops there are quite expensive. So, that’s why I found it very convenient to bring my lunch from home and guess what’s the easiest lunch to prepare? Yes, oats..
Anyways, I’m sure this ‘endeavor’ will last longer as I’m more determined to save money than to save my body.. wow! that rhymes! 😉 Anyways, I just really need to start exercising.. I repeat.. I need to start exercising! Even if I’ve searched for the best online music store for my music accompaniment for exercise, but if don’t start.. then nothing will happen.. But at least, I’m making a small change in my diet.
