Lay’s Potato chips and a can of coke.. these are my downfalls. I just don’t crave for them in the mornings or afternoons but I usually crave for them late at night!! Oh, I know this is not good and I’m already feeling the consequences when I sit down and I feel not just a bulge on my front abdomen but as well as my side!
Food cravings… Food addiction.. are they one and the same? I think they are not the same. But if the food cravings get out of hand, and I guess, that’s quite dangerous. Self-control, discipline and motivation. I need this three to help me get back on track for a healthy living.
