Lay’s Potato chips and a can of coke.. these are my downfalls. I just don’t crave for them in the mornings or afternoons but I usually crave for them late at night!!  Oh, I know this is not good and I’m already feeling the consequences when I sit down and I feel not just a bulge on my front abdomen but as well as my side! :(

Food cravings… Food addiction.. are they one and the same?  I think they are not the same. But if the food cravings get out of hand, and I guess, that’s quite dangerous. Self-control, discipline and motivation. I need this three to help me get back on track for a healthy living.

Our PC has been badly infected with viruses – 38 of them. Our free trial anti virus has just expired and we neglected to replace it with a new one. So, as a result, we  cannot open any websites or programs with it. And since I used to play my exercise dvds in the PC, now I’ve switched to playing it in my netbook. My netbook has some problems and I’m thinking of checking the top netbooks in the market now . but I guess, it’s more important for us to reprogram our PC first.

Food cravings are really the downfall of my so-called ‘dieters’.  Food cravings are not wrong in itself but its one response that can be either break or make the habit. I myself have a lot of food cravings , depending on the mood or the time of the month.  Most of the time I give in to this craving especially if the food that I crave is just within reach. But if we don’t have any of these food available in our fridge or pantry, I sometimes go to the extent of letting my husband buy for me.

I have food cravings but thankfully, Idon’t have food addiction. Oh, I never knew there is such thing as food addiction until I read testimonials of those who have successfully lost weight. Some of them used to be food addicts before but as they started on living a healthy lifestyle, they finally came off from it.

I’m not sure if this type of addiction is really common but I guess next time there will be some kind of Addiction Treatment for this. Right now, what is more common is the Drug Rehab and Alcohol Rehab centers. There are centers that are very effective for this treatment and some doesn’t even cost you anything .

Anyways, as I continue to try to be fit, may I successfully curb all my cravings for sweets or salty junk food…
