Done with The Spark Book

Done with The Spark Book

I’ve just finished reading The Spark Book by Chris Downie. And all I can say is that , I’m so motivated now to continue with my goal to live healthily. With this book, as a manual, I know IT CAN BE DONE!

Now, I’m rereading the book and slowly doing the Action Plans involved. I’m almost done with my long term goal and be soon doing my Vision Collage. And yes, I’m excited!

I Love to Exercise!

I Love to Exercise!

I think I’ve come to a point that I’ve learned to love exercising after a month of consistent exercise. My mind was telling me not to exercise yesterday since I slept late the night before and I was also having my monthly period. I also calculated that 1 day without exercise won’t be so bad since I  did my Zumba from Monday to Friday.

But then, when I sat in front of my PC, I was like so geared up and couldn’t help but play the Zumba DVD. And just by listening on the first few beats, I was up on my feet and forgot all about my ‘excuses’. LOL!

That’s one thing I like about using exercise DVDs as a way of exercising. There are just no excuses since DVDs can be played anywhere either from a computer or DVD player. The only excuse that can ever ‘happen’ is when you’re traveling and there’s no power supply and the power from cheap laptop batteries runs out. :)

Of Food Delivery and Payday Loans

Of Food Delivery and Payday Loans

As I’m writing this now, another browser is opened in two of the food delivery sites. I don’t know. I’m just so tempted to call for food delivery today. I guess it has something to do with the fact that it’s a Sunday and Hubby’s away. I know, I’m making this as an excuse for wanting to eat mindlessly.

But if costs and health is not a consideration, I would really be a regular caller for 1112 or 1711 delivery. But if I do this often, I might end up getting cash advance loans like those payday loans in maryland or payday loans in georgia. But seriously, with the increase of food products and restaurant food, eating out or delivery is already becoming a luxury. That’s according to my own opinion. :) That’s actually a good thing too, since it doesn’t make me heavier than I am now.

Anyways, I guess writing this out now, is helping me. My ‘craving’ for these fastfood is slowly vaninshing away and hopefully it will continue to disappear even as I leave the computer. Hahaha!

Now, let me go to our kitchen and see what I can prepare for dinner for me and the kids. It’ll be nice to have a healthy meal instead of food rich in fat and white carbo.
