
I just did the Zumba Flat Abs and 20 Minutes express. Originally, I only wanted to do the Zumba Flat Abs but the I find it to be too short (18 minutes) so I added the 20 Minutes Express in my exercise. That’s a total 38 minutes of exercise for me today. Not bad huh?
So you can see that I’m really enjoy doing Zumba these days. I think I’ll be sticking with this exercise for a long time. After many days of doing this exercise, I still find it fun. There are times that I just get so tired and wanted to stop but there’s something with the beat or rhythm that just keeps me going.
I’ll be alternating all the different exercises. I’ll make a schedule and show it to you later. I hope to do this for 2 months before thinking of other exercises and even before thinking of reading oxyelite pro review . I’m sure this exercise coupled with a healthy diet ( which I’m not doing yet) will do great wonders for me.
