Wow! It’s another 4 more days before the month of Love. Hmm.. now, that’s exciting! I’m excited for another Valentines date with my Hubby.  I love dates. We’re actually quite blessed these days because we now have our weekly dates! Thank God for our cousin who’s always willing to babysit our kids during the weekdays so Hubby and I can have some time together.

Anyways, it’s good that I’m able to remember about Valentine quite early so, I can plan well for the big date. It also means I can have a bit more time to save to buy a gift for my Hubby. I need to get back on track. Though I’ve been regular with my exercises. I haven’t really been keeping track of my calorie intake with my vegetable/fruit intake.Though I’m eating more fruits and vegetables now than before but it hasn’t come to a point yet when it comes natural for me and in which my body looks for it.

I know it will take time as I’ve been living life without fruits and vegetable for years!!

I have to exert more effort in being more creative to cook and prepare vegetables that will be appealing to me.

Do you know when was the time that I seriously thought of changing my unhealthy diet to a healthy one? It was when my wedding ring was already too tight on my ring finger that it was too difficult to take it off.

I actually managed to take it off and until now it’s still in my jewelry box. So for now, I’m just wearing my engagement ring or promise rings from Hubby and a ring given by my Mom.

One gauge for me to know if I’ve indeed loss some weight is when I will be able to wear my wedding ring comfortably again. I will try that on again maybe after 2-3 months. Hope it will fit by then.
