I was already excited and hyped up for my South Beach Diet. I’ve successfully completed the first 3 days but unfortunately, I fell sick on the 4th day. I had high fever, cough and colds ( flu). So, I decided to stop my diet for awhile and take my regular meals of carbo and protein to keep me more energized. But even thenI had to force myself to eat since I didn’t have much appetite for food.
Now, I feel so much better and hopefully, I could start all over again next week.
