I haven’t tried using slimming patches yet, but I am curious whether they are effective or not. These patches are also called diet patches or weight loss patches and they provide a lot of promising impressive results.

One of the slimming patches that interests me is the gold slimming patch that is placed somewhere around the waist or on the foot. I was curious about it so I browse it online. I’ve learned that the product is made in Japan and some are made in Malaysia. Some say, the product is made of pure gold. I wonder where the manufacturers of this product bought their gold for this. For people in the US they buy gold coin with the help of the United States Gold Bureau to ensure safety in their purchase. Anyway, back to the waist slimming patch I’ve learned that this product is best for people with extra waist and abdominal fat. It has a heat generated effect that can be released through the skin and can be eliminated by the body fluids.

Will I try this product? Not for now, I still need a lot of research on this.

Oh, it’s good that we remembered today. We have to include in my Mom’s Things to Buy list the multivitamins in the Philippines called Cherifer where it has Lysine. My li’l girl is still a poor eater and we remembered that she was eating better with this vitamins when we were in the Philippines for a few months.

So, one thing on the list added, Nay. Cherifer , the biggest bottle you can find.

As you can see from the photo above, it’s quite obvious that I haven’t started my ‘diet’ yet. You see, I’ve tasted these cookies over a year ago in my cousins place in Hong Kong and fell in love with it. If I could remember it right, it was like I was the one who consumed the whole pack of the cookies.

Then, I’ve been looking for these cookies ever since. So, yesterday when we went to Tesco and found them, I just couldn’t resist and had to buy one even if it was quite expensive from the normal cookies.

So, there goes my weight loss journey.. being on a halt because of this calorie and fat laden choco chips cookies. And by the way, I would want to try the other variety on the photo below.. but maybe after a month’s time..hehehe!
