I posted about my friend who lost a lot of weight from a certain slimming coffee. Well, I did a little bit of research on her slimming coffee and I have actually found out that there are a number of slimming coffees available in the market today but this one brings more result with no or little side effects.

So, I tried to check in one of the malls here whether they sell that coffee brand but sad to say they only have Thailand made slimming coffees.

I will have to check again in one of the markets here that sells imported goods. I will really be very happy if I find that coffee brand here,it’ll be like finding a gold bullion in a heap of sand. This could be the key to losing my excess weight.

Hmmm… I don’t have much updates on my weight loss journey. I’m back to my normal way of life – no exercise and no diet. I’ve actually started to exercise last week, and have somehow forgotten about to follow it up. Yeah, it’s very difficult to start back again and put it back in the routine once you’ve stopped huh?

Anyways, I’m quite busy with other things now and hopefully this busyness will distract me a bit and not let me think about food.

Hubby went on a trip today. So, this afternoon I took time to iron some men’s polo shirts for him to use in the church this Sunday. He brought his pants for repair so, I wasn’t able to put them inside the bag yet. But when he arrived from the shop this morning, he told me how he almost forgot to collect his pants from the tailor. I sigh of the thought of leaving his pants in the shop and of him not having any pants to wear for church on Sunday. So, he showed me the pants and took it out from the plastic bag. Then a couple of hours later he left for his trip.

After he left, I got busy with the kids and was preparing to put them to sleep when I saw a very familiar pair of pants on the stairway. Then I knew, that was the very same pants my Hubby got from the shop and supposed to pack inside his backpack.. uh, oh..
