We are having some plumbing and drainage problems here at our home. We were already planning to move to another house but we wanted to talk to our house owner first. I appreciate that our house owner is really concerned for our family and he promised to do everything he can, so as to help us. After talking to my husband today, he told us that his last option will be to renovate the house if he could ( by raising the flooring) just so we won’t have to move away. He said, he really wants us to stay and be his house tenants. That’s so nice of our house owner, and I really believe everything he says since he seems very kind and sincere.
