She Did It!

I’m so happy and inspired by my friend who was able to reach her goal weight in just a few weeks time. She didn’t have a lot of weight to lose though but I’m just amazed with her progress.

Her starting weight was 125 lbs. and after proper diet and doing the No More Trouble Zone workout by Jillian Michaels for 2 weeks, she lost 3 inches from her waist and has gone down to 122 lbs. Then, another 2 weeks later, she reached her goal weight which is 117.5 lbs. I asked her for quick weight loss tips and she just told me that aside from her daily exercise, she closely watched what she ate.

Her is a summary of her diet plan which maybe I will try to incorporate with my own plan.

Breakfast- Oatmeal or Whole wheat bread

Lunch and Dinner – Mostly lean meats and salad in olive dressing, fruits

Rice is only two times a week.

Coke is once a week .

Strictly no butter, oil and fatty food

No Cakes and Milk Chocolates.. but dark chocolate is allowed in moderation.

Eat early dinner and nothing else after that

So, that’s about it. I hope that I can more or less have her kind of discipline when it comes to the choice of food. Oh.. why do I love sweets and starchy food?
