I haven’t been getting enough sleep for the past days and I do notice that everytime I do this, I struggle doing my exercise the following day. My exercise is quite intense that’s why and I think lack of sleep really affects my strength and metabolism. But the good thing though is that even if I’m tired and lack sleep, I’m still motivated to do my exercise.
I guess it has already come to a point when exercise is already a part of my daily routine and I feel that something in my day is ‘lacking’ without it. And I’m more motivated now as many of my friends are already telling me that I did seem to lose some weight. I guess it must be my exercise then, since I’m still not so in control of my diet yet.
