Whew! I’m finally back on track. I started back with the Jillian Michael’s 30 day Shred yesterday and going back to my no rice, no coke challenge too.
When I did the Shred work out today, I was really sweating so much but it felt so good. I have to admit, I miss exercising with my BFF Jillian.. LOL! Anyways, I’m looking forward for my SHred tomorrow and maybe I’ll proceed to level 2 on Monday.
Anyways, I’m congratulating myself for getting back on track. Never mind if this PLan A diet of mine is a bit slow but at least I know that I can stick to it for a long time.. until it can already be a part of me.
