Level 3, Day 2 of the 30 Day Shred

Whew!! I just finished my daily 20 minute (++) workout with Jillian Michaels. Level 3 is really hard and I had to follow the beginner’s level all throughout the workout.

I was already happy to stick to Level 2 but then I found out that Wednesday will be my 30th day so that means I have to be in Level 3 by this week! So, here I am on my second day of Level 3 . I am still sore from yesterday’s work out but I had to force myself to get up and exercise. That explains why I’m following the beginner’s level all throughout. Starting tomorrow I’ll try to follow the more difficult exercises and see if I can do them.

As for my diet.. I’m still not being careful with it..but we’ll be going for groceries tonight so I’ll make sure to include a lot of fruits and veggies. All the best to me!

Go Holland!

Tonight is the 2nd Holland match and we might be going to our dutch friend’s house again to watch the game. Our friend is indeed a serious supporter for this team. he decorated his house orange, his whole family wears orange in every match and even has orange holland hats and costumes. His sister actually sent all these straight from Netherlands. It’s just during World cup events that they wear these so, the don’t have Christmas costumes or vampire costumes. LOL!

I had roti Milo and Chayen last night and loved it. Arrghh.. I’m not supposed to be eating that but I just couldn’t help it. Anyways, that’s not my only diet ‘sin’ that I’ve committed the past week. I’ve had countless of them so, that’s why I have to be more serious with my ‘diet’ starting on Monday. Why Monday? Because tomorrow’s Father’s Day and I want to enjoy our time to eat out..heheh!

Anyways, Monday it is.. I’ll get back to my Fitness Cereal for breakfast, healthy sandwiches for lunch, salad and meat for dinner and fruits for snacks.. I hope I could follow through this time…
