Doing It For Me

My Hubby asked me once why I’m a bit preoccupied with losing weight these days when he never complained about my weight. Yeah, it’s true that my hubby never asked me to diet, take the best fat burners or to be careful with my food intake, he is even the one who instantly buys me whatever are my  food cravings.

So, why I want to lose weight? Well, I think I have come to a point when, if I don’t do anything about it now, I might find myself ballooning to become a 70 kg woman in the next 5 years. It’s no joke! I haven’t been so in control of my health recently and I want to change that.

I want a slimmer and healthier me as I turn 3_ in the next 2 months. I know that losing weight is just one of the many benefits of healthy diet and exercise… added to that is a renewed strength, energy and a good night’s sleep.
