Success and Failure

Oh that’s such a contradicting and confusing title for a blog post. But that’s how I feel right now. You see, I’ve successfully finished my 10 day diet (actually it was supposedly 12 days but I had to cut it short) and lost 2 kgs. But with a lot of parties and food for the past week, I’ve gained back 1.5 kgs.

Oh, I’ll never do that again… :( I’ve struggled so much in the past 10 days doing my low carbo and no sugar diet. And it only took a few days for the weight to creep back in.

I guess I have no choice now but to go back to square one. Try to lose weight slowly but surely through proper nutrition and exercise. Oh, when will I learn?
