Oh that’s such a contradicting and confusing title for a blog post. But that’s how I feel right now. You see, I’ve successfully finished my 10 day diet (actually it was supposedly 12 days but I had to cut it short) and lost 2 kgs. But with a lot of parties and food for the past week, I’ve gained back 1.5 kgs.
Oh, I’ll never do that again…
I’ve struggled so much in the past 10 days doing my low carbo and no sugar diet. And it only took a few days for the weight to creep back in.
I guess I have no choice now but to go back to square one. Try to lose weight slowly but surely through proper nutrition and exercise. Oh, when will I learn?
