I’ve started back exercising after realizing that indeed there are no short cuts to weight loss.
It’s really quite obvious that I’m not as fit as I used to be anymore because I’m usually left panting even during the start of the exercise routine. At the middle of the routine, I usually have to stop to gasp for air. The exercise isn’t that strenuous but it seems like I needed the help of the finger pulse oximeter to monitor my oxygenation.
But kidding aside, I’m sure I’ll get over this once I do my exercises regularly and I’ll be as fit as ever.. just like the image in my template.
