My kids and my friends’ kids were playing inside the house the other night. They were all around the house, running up and down the stairs and going in and out of the rooms.

When one of kids told me that my girl and a friend were locked inside one of the rooms. I got scared. I think I’m claustrophobic that even the thought of me being locked in small space makes me terrified. So, I tried to calm my li’l girl and just asked her to play inside or read a book with her friend. It’s good that she didn’t get scared and was just playing all along while our friend tried to unlock the door. But the door knob was jammed so, there was indeed no use for the key. Thankfully my Hubby came back after sending one of our friends back to their guesthouse, and so he helped in taking out the door knob. They destroyed the door knob and let my girl and her friend out of the the room. Thankfully it’s just a cheap door knob and not a Baldwin hardware . So, lesson number 1, never buy cheap door knobs or you’ll end up being trapped and lock inside your rooms!
