I’ve been wanting to do calorie counting for so long but it was just recently that I was able to do it. So, for this week, I’m proud to say that I’ve consistently track my calorie count using the tracker in Sparkpeople.com . It’s actually very helpful to know how many calories you’re taking in a day. If you’ve gone over board, then it’ll motivate you to practice portion control. And if you’ve achieved your calorie goal for the day, then you’ll get to have an idea of what to eat and how much to eat per day.
Actually, I’ve met my calorie goals for this week ( and sometime under my goal) because I’m actually doing the Mayo Clinic diet. I’m currently in Day 6 now and hopefully be able to stick to it until Day 12.
