Guess what I’ve been having for breakfast?

Nestle’ Fitness Fruits. They also have a new flavor which is also delicious, Honey and Almonds. I buy these cereals ( including my kids’ cereals) in Malaysia since it’s much cheaper to buy there compared here in Thailand. The biggest box of the Fitness cereal cost only about 8 MYR ( promotional price) in Malaysia while here in Thailand the small box cost 99 Baht  ( 10 MYR) .

As they say, eating a lot of fiber along with a balanced meal and regular exercise is also one way to lose weight. Hope it’s as easy as this, then I won’t have to spend so much time searching for quick weight loss diets .
