I wanted to make exercise more fun so today I started to exercise with the kids. So, I put my exercise DVD on and announced to my li’l ones that we will be doing some exercise. They were delighted and were jumping up and down even before the DVD played.
Then, the exercise routine started and for a few minutes they were following the fitness intructor in DVD. We were all giggling and laughing while doing the exercise routine. I never thought exercise with the kids can be so fun! After a few minutes, my li’l girl stopped and complained that she’s already so tired. My li’l boy is still on the go… but then, I realized that that he’s doing something else. He is purposely going opposite my direction and purposely bumping me. Everytime he bumps me, he’ll be giggling. At first, I was amused by what he was doing but then, I can’t do my steps properly anymore because I was afraid that we would bump hard and he’d get hurt. Oh uh, I guess it is not possible to do serious exercise with the kids. So, I just left it like that and plan to do serious exercising on my own. I’ll have to do special exercises with my kids once I’m done with mine.
If I would only be serious with my exercise routine and follow diets that work, then I guess I’ll be fit and slimĀ in no time.
