What Diet??

Diet?? What is that?

I think that describes my state right now. If I’ve been very careful of what I ate for the past weeks and did a bit of exercise, now is the complete opposite. After almost two weeks of holiday, my so called ‘diet’ has like been thrown out of the window.

I need to constantly remind myself again to eat healthily and do some kind of activity so, that I keep myself healthy and fit.
