My toothache is terrible, I’m not sure if I can still wait for my dentist appointment on Wednesday. But I think I have no choice because going to a private clinic here is quite expensive. There are times that the pain is tolerable but there are also times that it’s so just so bad.

Even if I’m quite hungry but I’m afraid to eat my meals because it might worsen my pain. Maybe I might end up losing weight with my toothache without the use of weight loss pills huh?

But seriously, I pray that this pain would go away.

We just had a birthday party for our son last Saturday and we’re glad that the celebrant and his li’l guests have truly enjoyed the party. I did most of the decorations, program and party planning. Some of my guests thought that I bought the banners and etc. which I just printed out from the computer. My Hubby was our official emcee and ‘mascot’.

When we were talking with our in laws about the party, we realized that party planners especially for kids are not very common here in Malaysia nor Thailand. Unlike in the Philippines, we could hire a party mascot and even get a party planner. I guess this would be a good business here in Malaysia and even in Thailand. It’s tempting to get a business plan consultant and set up this kind of business, but then, as of now, this is kind of business is not our call. Maybe we could do it not as a business but a labor of love for friends and relatives who need our help in planning their parties.

I’ve been having toothache for a few days now so today we decided to go to the Government clinic for my filling. Arrangements have been made to leave our boy in the care of our good friend and we set off to the clinic. I was relieved to see people in the clinic which means that they are not closed. A few weeks ago, we also went there to find out that it was closed.

I then registered and was ready to get my number. Then the receptionist asked whether I need to have my tooth extracted or filled. When I told her that I need to have a filling, she then told me that the schedule for filling is only every Wednesday and Friday. Sigh!!

So, I canceled my number and told them that I’ll be back on Wednesday. Hmm.. why is it that this dentist appointment never pushes through? But anyways, since my Hubby and I were already out and someone was taking care of our li’l boy, my Hubby and I had an opportunity to have a breakfast date! Yeyy!!
