Oh, I think I’m tired of posting about my physical fitness journey. It’s just that it’s never consistent. Just a few posts ago, I happily reported that I lost some weight..and not, after a week or two, I gained another kilo. Whew!
I think it also has something to do with the fact that I’m not consistent with what I do. I may be exercising for a few days and then I stop.. I might be eating high fiber food for a few days and then I stop. Hmmm..
So, that explains my Ups and Downs in my weight. hehe!
