On Celebrities Gaining and Losing

I was watching a movie the other night and I found the main character of the movie very familiar but I couldn’t quite figure out which movie I saw her from. I had to wait for the movie to end and see the names of the characters. And then, I saw her name Melissa Joan Hart. The name did ring a bell but I still don’t know where I saw her from. So, I searched for her in the internet and there, she was the main character from Sabirna the Teenage Witch.

The reason why I didn’t recognize her from the movie ” My Fake Fiance” , is because she was so plump in that movie. And only when reading about her from the net, that she had married, has two kids and gained so much after the second pregnancy. She has gained so much to the point of being ‘ridiculed’ in the Hollywood. But these has all changed when she tried her best through diet and exercise ( for sure through the use of a lot of exercise equipment). And now she’s back in shape and revealed her bikini body on the covers of People Magazine.

It’s quite inspiring how these celebrities lose so much of weight for a certain period of time. It somehow proves that it is possible to lose weight. But then, these celebrities have all the resources to hire the best nutritionists and expert trainers to achieve their dream body.

On Travel and Staying Healthy

A few more days to go and I’ll be traveling to Thailand. As many of us know, Thailand has also been badly affected by the H1N1 flu. I’m ost so updated with the current status of the flu now but I have to ensure that I’m at the pink of health during the whole duration of my stay there. So, what are the steps that I need to take to strengthen my immune system and won’t get easily get flu or any disease?

- I need to take a dose ( or double dose) of Vitamin C – This reminds me to go to the pharmacy later to buy Vitamin C and other basic medicine for the family (excluding diet supplements).

_ I need to drink a lot of water

I need get enough sleep- This means, sleeping early for me and having to pass the temptation of staying up late to do some online work.

- I need to eat the right food

- I need to have adequate rest

- and lastly but most importantly, I need to pray for God’s protection and good health for the entire trip.
