Driving

Driving

I think  practice ‘driving’ will forever be in my To-Do list. I’m quite more interested now to drive on my own but the only thing that stops me now is that I don’t want to practice driving with my kids. I certainly don’t want to put them at risk, especially I’m not an expert driver yet and I’m afraid I might be distracted if they’re with me.

Actually, I already know the basics of driving but then, I just need to practice more to gain confidence especially when it’s time to park the car in a crowded parking lot. :)

I just hope that we can find some time ( and someone to take care of our kids) for me to start practicing again. Who knows, one day I might be able to drive to Thailand at the end of the year to renew our car insurance. Since we have a Thai car, we have to go to the border, look for the right  auto insurance company and buy from them. By the way, if you want the best company, then you can always list  and compare different companies first. There are sites which you can use as resources to compare different companies.

Gaining Weight for a Movie

Gaining Weight for a Movie

Renee-Zellweger

I’ve just read from the newspaper that Bridget Jones star, Renee Zellweger might be doing the 3rd sequel for the movie. If she accepts the movie offer, then it means she has to eat excessively again to gain more weight since that it’s called for her role.

This will be her 3rd time to purposely gain weight for a movie and after which loss all those weight again to regain her ‘normal’ life. Doctors and specialists are specially concerned as rapid weigh gain and weight loss will have it’s long term effects.

Taking Care of Your Feet

Taking Care of Your Feet

feet-6

I’ve really been neglecting my feet for quite sometime now. So, it’s about time to pamper myself and make my feet look pretty again.

No need to go for an expensive foot spa in the parlor, since I can always do it at the comfort of our own homes. Are you interested for a DIY foot spa? We ll, we just need to have the following

  • Droplets of Foot Soak Gel from Watson or HBC ( in the Philippines). You can also make your own foot soak my putting peppermint essential oil and epson salt in warm water. And Soak your feet  for 15 minutes.
  • Foot File or pumice stone. This will be used to exfoliate dead skin cells from your foot. After soaking your 15 minutes rub off the dead skin cells by using the foot file or pumice stone.
  • Foot lotion or moisturizing lotion. This will give your feet a smooth finish
  • Nail polish. For pretty toenails and to complete the foot spa, apply your favorite nail polish.

After having smooth and pretty feet, you can show it off by wearing your favorite sandals may it be a Dansko sandals or Havaiannas flipflops.
