I’ve just done a series of post about stress. For me, my ideal way of de stressing is being alone and reading a book or listening to music using ipods or cd players. Earlier, my way of relaxation was being online and surfing the net. But now, with my online work, I don’t find that relaxing anymore.
Since, I’m with my kids 24/7, sometimes I just yearn for these ‘alone’ times and I can only achieve this if I wake up early in the mornings. And once I have my quiet time and devotion, I instantly feel renewed and rejuvinated.
