Nestle Fitnesse and Fruit Cereal is really serious in helping their customers get fit by giving a free dance workout vcd in every box of cereal you buy. The back of the box even gives you tips on how to be fit and healthy. Of course, I bought a box of the cereal after seeing the free vcd. So, it must be a very good marketing strategy from the company huh?

By the way, there are 2 vcds that you can collect, namely the Les Mills Body Jam and the Les Mills Body Combat. I haven’t tried my free vcd yet. I will have to seriously include exercise ( even a 20 minute workout) in my daily schedule. If not, I might be forced to buy diet pills if my weight gain is out of control.
