It’s weird huh? My preceding posts were very motivated and excited but suddenly today, I feel like giving up and breaking my diet. I guess, it’s due to the fact that I felt bored with the food I’ve been eating. It’s actually my fault, I haven’t made my food interesting enough since I’ve been eating the same food for 2 days now. So, for tonight and the next few days, I have to think of different dishes to add ‘excitement’ on my meals.
I can’t give up for now since, I’ve already lost a few kilos .. I can’t reveal any numbers as of now. I’ll have to keep it to myself and wait and see till Day 12.
