I can’t believe that it has already been a week since I started this diet challenge. Time went by so fast and one thing that I realized is that all my cravings for my favorite food has gone. er.. not actually totally gone, but I guess, it’s not as strong as it was before. Or maybe, my will power is just stronger now.
Many of my fave food have gone passed me and I’ve politely said, NO, Thank you to all these temptatios. WheW! I guess it really helps to plan out what to eat for every meals too. Temptations will only be so strong when you don’t have any other options of food to eat.
