Day 5 and 6- Feeling Good

6I’m halfway through my diet challenge now and guess what, I feel so good! I feel good that I haven’t given up (and not giving up) my challenge. I feel good physically since I dosee some changes in my body. I feel good knowing that I haven’t been eating junk food and drinking  sodas but instead been eating veggies and drinking grapefruit juice. WOah! Is that me talking?

Anyways, I’m so happy with this diet challenge that I made that maybe after this I’ll have to do another challenge for myself. I was thinking of a challenge to beautify myself (LOL!) like giving myself a facial everyday using natural skin care products, eating veggies to clear my skin and most of all, STOP meddling with my face. What do you think?

Anyways, back to my diet. I can’t wait to see a weighing scale and see if I’ve already started to lose weight.
