Yes..and 9 more days to go before my break!
What I actually like about this diet is that it doesn’t leave you feel hungry because all are allowed to eat as much meat and veggies for lunch and dinner. My only struggle during my first 2 days is the zero sugar intake as sugar or any form of starch is not allowed in the duration of the diet . I felt a bit of light headed and weak. But then, when I checked through one of the forums discussing this diet, I found out that some people who has done this used the sugar substitute like Equal or Nutrasweet. I’ve read a lot of negative things about the use of Aspartame but I thought I might just try to use it in my coffee for a few days. So, that my ‘sugar’ intake will not be abruptly cut to zero.
So, all is well on my third day. There has been a lot of tempatations to eat Roti, 3 Layer Tea, Rice, Bread and other stuff. But I always remind myself that I can always delay gratification and wait for my 2 days break and then eat all these! If this diet is successful and then, I will continue to do this and not think of checking out ephedra and other diet pills.
well, thanks to you, i’m now enjoying my coffee. really cannot take black coffee.
Very nice site!
