Finally, I’ve started with the Mayo Clinic Diet! Yipee!!!! It was really so difficult to start. Imagine, I’ve been planning to do this for weeks but there was always something that stopped me from starting it – lack of ingredients or being tempted by my favorite food.
But yesterday, I was so determined to start it. So, even if I woke up quite late and was already very hungry, I took the time to fry my bacons and boil the eggs. At lunch time, my HUbby tempted me with a very delicious Ice Kacang. Of course, I got tempted, cheated with my diet a bit but still decided to continue.
Today, there wasn’t any temptations. But I’ve read in one of the forums that Coke Light is allowed since its zero calorie and zero carbohydrate. So, I’m driking that for now since I’m experiencing head ache due to the lack of sugar.
Okay, that’s all for now. So, day 1 and 2 is done..and now I only have 10 days to go!

Keep up..wishing i’ll do the same, hopefully next he he he..but I can’t eat lots of eggs coz my knees start paining lol..signs of golden age I guess lol..beacon I can do it here coz many cousins around my place…and friend always comes without telling me first n immediately open my fridge he hehe he
Good luck! I find the best way to stay on track is to use the power of small. When i just thoughto f the big number of how much weight I wanted to lose I would get overwhelmed and fell off the wagon. BUT- if I take it one meall at a time and give myeslf a few minutes to slow down and pick some good foods its a lot eaiser.
