We went to the Land Transportation Department today to check on the requirements of renewing my driver’s license. They needed a drug test result and medical certificate. So, I immediately went to the test center and department of City Health.
As with any medical check up, they had to check on my height, weight, blood pressure and etc. And guess what, I was so surprised (?) to know my weight. Oh, I even even don’t have the courage to type my weight here.. LOL!! In short, I’ve gained so much of weight during my 6 months stay here in the Philippines. Knowing my weight was like a wake up call for me to do something. I somehow knew that I gained weight because my clothes were getting tighter, but it feels so different when you see the number.
What should I do? Buy Apidexin online? But before, I make any rush decisions, let me search for other natural means for me to lose these extra kilos.
