14 Day Diet Program

While we were doing our groceries yesterday, I was intrigued when I saw Nestle’s Fitnesse and Fruit cereal’s box which has a 14 days diet program as a kickstart to a healthier lifestyle. They claim that there were studies that show women who regularly eat whole grain as part of a low fat diet and healthy lifestyle, tend to weigh less and are less likely to gain weight overtime.  I guess this can be a healthy way to lose weight with together with taking the  best diet supplement .

So, do you want to know what’s the meal plan for their 12 day program ?

1) Breakfast – 40g bowl of Nestle’ Fitnesse and Fruit with 125ml skimmed milk, 1 fruit, 1 tea or coffee.

2) Lunch- Balanced meal with vegetables, meat or fish or eggs. bread, dairy products.

3) Dinner Time- 40g bowl of Nestle Fitnesse and fruit with 125 ml skimmed milk, vegetable or low fat soup, low fat yogurt.

There! ..So, am I going to try out this plan? Hmm..a  bit.. I like to eat cereal for breakfast ..so I guess, I’ll have to start with that.

  8. I am writing to let people know that I tried numerous diet software programs online and the one Ilinked to is not a simple as the author claims. Also after lurking around, I found another diet software package FREE called sparkpeople.com. it’s really incredible.
