Reading Time

Reading Time

It’s summer time here in the Philippines now. So, it means it’s a 2 months break for all my niece and nephews. My Li’l girl is especially happy that everyone is here at home 24/7 but I’m also a bit concern since most of their time is spent watching cartoons and they play in between.

So, from now on I’ll try to put in different activities for them, so that they won’t be just watching cartoons the whole day. Just now, I brought out all the children’s books and set it as their reading time.

They all picked up a book and read. It was nice to see them all sat still reading ther books seriously. My Li’l girl ( who’s a lazy reader) also got encouraged to read her book by herself.

Now, they’re almost done reading the books, I wonder what they can do next?… It’s past nine, so maybe it’ll be time for them to sleep.

I’ll have to think of a series of activities for them tomorrow. Maybe, we’ll do some crafts and art work. I’m sure they’ll love it.
