I’ve been trying to find the right exercise for me for quite some time now. 1st, I can’t go to the gym because my mobility is limited since our house is far from the city center. 2nd, I don’t like to jog so, even if our area is big enough to jog around but I just find it weird to jog around the area. Lastly, I find exercising on my own quite boring. So, off I went to search for any exercise DVD for me. I tried following some aerobics DVDs before but I easily get bored as they quite slow and monotonous.
But when we went to get an exercise DVD for me. We got the ‘pirated one’ which has over 20 different types of exercises…belly dancing, pilates, aerobox..and etc. It was cool! I scanned through it and guess which exercise appealed to me.. Hip Hop Abs! Hahaha! it’s not more like me huh.. but I like the fact that it’s fast paced, only lasts for 30 minutes and it’s fun because it’s just like your dancing Hip Hop..Yo man!! LOL!!
So, I’ve been doing Hip Hop Abs for 2 weeks now.. in my DVD it has got Hip Hop Dance for Abs, buns and thighs, Cardio and Last Minute Abs. I hope I’ll be consistent with this routine and not stop until I’ve got my Hip Hop Abs..LOL!
