This is one thing that I really need to practice these days. I have to be disciplined in every aspect of my life especially in terms of my health. I lack self control when all my favorite unhealthy food are already set on the table. I have to be disciplined in terms of my TIME. It’s quite a challenge when you’re on a holiday mode, it’s like a lot of time is spent lazing around and not really setting some kind f goal of the day. I have to be consistent in doing my exercise..and so on and so forth.
Discipline.. self control.. consistency..planning.. these are all the things I need to have at this time.
