I’ve read emails regarding this therapy and have heard a lot of testimonies of people who have done this. Well, even if the source of this so-called therapy is not really recognized or certified but who can go against the benefits of drinking water?

I’m trying to do this daily ritual but the problem is that I wake up quite late and by the time I wake up I’m already famished and can’t wait for another hour before taking breakfast. But I know I have to be consistent in doing this to see the result.

How to do water therapy?

  • Drink 1.5 liters of water ( about 5-6 glasses) immediately after waking up.
  • Wait for 45 minutes to an hour before eating your breakfast.
