Bad, bad, bad..:)

I’ve started my 8 glasses of water a day routine. It’s not very difficult to do since it’s a very warm day today. So, it’s just natural for me to drink a lot of water.

But today, I’ve eaten a lot of unhealthy food again. Breakfast was good since I ate a fiber rich breakfast..wheat bread and coffee. But in between, I gobbled up a big bag of Lay’s potato chips and not only that…this evening, I also had some fish chips and a very sweet milk tea. Hmmm…

I’m planning to start exercising tomorrow..so I better go to sleep now.

Making Small Steps at a Time

In an effort to be slim and fit in the past. I’ve tried a lot of fad diets and as expected, I failed. I start very well motivated and then at the middle of the crash diet, I give in to all my cravings and …crashhh!!! There goes my diet in the trash.

As I’ve mentioned before, I just love to eat. But the problem is, most of my favorite foods are either sweet or salty, therefore fatty and unhealthy. Vegetables and fruits are never in my vocabulary of dining. That’s why it’s a bit difficult for me to keep up to all diets and even eating the right kind of food for a healthy life.

So, now since I’ve changed my mindset and make my goal : Not to be THIN but to be healthy and fit, I  can take my time to change my unhealthy habits into healthy ones.

So, the very small step that I’m going to take this week is to drink 8 glasses of water everyday. I’ve read that this is one of the most important thing in living a healthy life and even in losing weight.

The Beginning

The Beginning

This marks the beginning of my fitness journey.

I’ve registered this blog for a month now but I never got the courage to write a post until now. One reason for sure is that I know that when I start writing then it’ll mark the new beginning for my endeavour to be fit. Maybe, I procrastinated for awhile since I still enjoy eating and savouring unhealthy food. But somewhere aand somehow this has to stop.

I need to be fit, to be healthier, stronger and for me to feel much better. JOin me in my journey as I am Trying to be Fit!
