Unlimited Coffee

Unlimited Coffee

I don’t know what happened to me but it seems that I’m so much into coffee these days. In my kitchen, you can find different kinds of coffee on top of my oven. Nescafe’ 3 in 1, IndoCafe, Davidoff, Corn Coffee, Korean Coffee, Arabica Coffee, Taiping Coffee.. and etc. LOL! Oh, I didn’t buy them all, I got some from my friends. So, every day, I’m in a ‘dilemma’ of which coffee should I drink. But this isn’t too much of a problem since I ‘try’ them out at different times of the day. Oh, I’m becoming a certified ‘coffeholic’ and now, I’m wishing I’ll get a new coffeemaker soon.  I guess that’s better than looking for the best fermenter to make wine.  :)

Motivation Poster

I chuckled when I saw this photo posted on my friend’s FB wall. It’s not just cute but somehow I can relate with that. I even have my own version of this ( motivation poster) pasted on my closet. There I printed my photo taken right after our wedding. Did that motivation picture help? Well, I haven’t attained my goals yet, but sometimes it does remind me that I still have a goal. But the only question that remains a mystery is WHEN I can attain that goal. :)

Walking At Home with Leslie Sansone

Walking At Home with Leslie Sansone

I just download another video exercise entitled Walking At Home with Leslie Sansone. I tried out this video yesterday and I quite like it. It’s very light ( compare with Turbo Fire) and I guess it’s a great start for me as I try to ease my way back to exercise. One thing that I like about is that it doesn’t require a lot of space since you’ll just be ‘walking’. So, I didn’t have rearrange my furniture and rustic table lamps  before exercising and I can even just do it right in front of the computer.

Yesterday I ‘walked’ for 2 miles and I’m aiming to finish the 4 mile ‘walk’ anytime next week. I hope that after this, I’ll be much ready for a more rigorous exercise.
